The LCF5T is a professional FIMAR mussel washer designed to streamline mussel cleaning operations in restaurants and professional food preparation environments.
It offers an approximate 3÷5 kg maximum capacity and a declared output of 60 kg/h. Processing time can be controlled by the adjustable 0÷4 minute timer.
The machine features an AISI 304 stainless steel structure and a transparent food-grade polycarbonate upper lid for visual monitoring during operation.
An automatic water jet helps remove cleaning residues during processing. The machine also features a dedicated product discharge button.
A removable PPC brush plate is supplied as standard equipment.
Safety microswitches are fitted to the upper lid and discharge opening. The transparent upper lid also allows the processing cycle to be visually monitored.
This LCF5T version has no feet and is specifically designed for installation on a dedicated stand.
The stand is not included with the machine and must be purchased separately for correct installation and use.
